Focusing on healing my breath, which we do multiple times a minute, has created a dramatic change on my daily life.   • Lessons will help you understand the Science of Breath through the three dimensions of breathing as defined by Dr. Rosalba Courtney, as well as the application of these principles in your life: How does food change your breathing? How do we implement these breathing practices while exercising? What happens when we're sick?

  • Learn breathing exercises based on, but not limited to, Buteyko Breathing

  • Copy of the Breath Retraining Manual

  • Access to Additional Resources (Video, Audio, Articles, etc) to support you during your course

  • Jennifer is available via email for 6 months from the start of the training for any questions that arise
