  • An initial 30-min private Zoom call with Jennifer to discuss what you are looking to get out of your Breath Retraining Course

  • Weekly 1-hour lessons to watch on your own time

  • Copy of the Breath Retraining Manual

  • 5 small-group 1 hour Zoom sessions with Jennifer

  • 1 private Zoom call with Jennifer, 60 minutes (between group sessions 3 and 4)

  • Access to Additional Resources to support you during your course

  • Follow-up check-in approximately 2 weeks after the course has finished to help keep you on track

  • Jennifer is available via email for 6 months from the start of the training for any questions that arise

FAQ

  • What are the Dates and Times of these sessions?

    The course begins April 3/23 with Scheduled Meetings: Tuesdays at 11 am ET on April 11, 18, 25, May 9 & 16. The Initial Private Interview is the Week of April 3 (you schedule this) and the Private Session is the Week of May 1 (you schedule this).

  • What if I can't make all the group classes?

    Please note the dates and times of your group classes. It's important to be at as many of them as possible. But, life happens, so the group sessions are recorded for the group members to review later.

  • How long do I have to review the materials?

    You have access to all the materials, including the recordings of the live calls for 6 months. In addition, you can continue to email Jennifer during these 6 months, even after the course is over, for continued support.

  • Can I book an extra session with Jennifer during or after the course?

    Yes you can. Jennifer's hourly rate is $120CDN/hour. Just send her an email and she will send you a link to schedule the session.

  • I can't be at any of the group classes.

    If you can't be at any of the scheduled classes, you can take can the Personal Hybrid Option. This runs much like the Group Course, including pre-recorded materials for you to watch, but with all 6 sessions done 1-on-1. You could also do the entire course privately with Jennifer. None of it is pre-recorded — it's all delivered live. If you'd rather do this, send her an email and you can arrange those times together.

  • Why isn't this called a Buteyko Breath Retraining?

    Although I do use Buteyko techniques, I've included lots of other things about breathing that aren't Buteyko Breathing. I'll tell you when something comes from Buteyko and when it doesn't so you understand. Sometimes, for some people, it's important to include things beyond Buteyko Breathing.
