  • 5 small-group 1 hour Zoom sessions with Jennifer, with options for day and time

  • 1 private Zoom call with Jennifer, 60 minutes (between group sessions 3 and 4)

  • Email support from Jennifer throughout the training

  • Access to Additional Resources to support you during your course and after

  • Follow-up check-in approximately 2 weeks after the course has finished to help keep you on track

  • Jennifer is available via email for 6 months from the start of the training for any questions that arise
